North Korea and War

Once North Korea has a means of delivering a nuclear warhead to anywhere in the world, they can take a country, like Japan, hostage from a distance. I don't think that North Korea's as stupid as they look. something serious is going on. They tested a nuclear bomb underground, assuming they did. and assuming they did, and it was full yield (and not a dud), then there's a lot of things we don't know what's happening. How deep was the tunnel where they tested it? What's that tunnel made of? Are there any more? Tunnels? Nukes? In this age of satellites and gadgetry, if someone can spy on the pope shining a laser on a window, how can we not hear an entire country? It's a bit of a stretch for me.

But I have to wonder if there are any more underground tunnels between countries. If the Chunnel could be built, then maybe there are tunnels linking China and North Korea, or North Korea and South Korea, for instance. That said, I think if North Korea and other countries have underground bases, then I think the most prudent thing for a military to invest in at this point are diggers, and by that I mean machines that dig holes in the ground.
